Good news for sellers in the real estate market in Seattle, WA! The newest Case-Shiller Home price report shows an increase of 1.6 percent for home prices in May. This is after the tax credits for first time home buyers has expired. It puts Seattle squarely in the middle of the 20 metro areas covered by the Case-Shiller report.
Note to buyers: If you have been waiting for the lowest possible price to buy a home, don’t delay any further.
