First Time Home Buyer Class Schedule

To qualify for WSHFC first-time home buyer loan programs such as the Home Key Program, you must take a class that is approved and sponsored by the WSHFC. You can check out classes in a city near you and make reservations at http://www.wshfc.org/buyers/schedule.htm

Both husbands and wives must take the class for them to qualify for the program. If they cannot attend the same class, that is perfectly all right. They both need a certificate stating they each attended the class.
