Rick Chapman is a Real Estate Professional serving the greater Seattle area

Rick helps people through the often confusing real estate buying and selling process with integrity and support. His many years in the customer service field have taught him the importance of trust and reliability.

Besides being a Commercial Broker, Rick has received certification as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is trained to assist homeowners facing foreclosure and short sales. He is also certified as a Brokers Price Opinion Resource, pricing properties in today’s market and using the same techniques as an appraiser. In addition, he is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. For boomers age 55+, the game has changed and new opportunities abound, with many special programs available.

Through his training with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WHFC) he is a First Time Home Buyers Specialist, conducting free seminars for people who want to purchase their first home with special financing from WHFC. Please see the WHFC Classes page for the schedule.

Rick is a fourth-generation Mason with a strong emphasis on community service. He has lived in the south Seattle area since 2003 and is an avid backyard gardener as well as a home repair hobbyist.
